How to register?

To formalize the participation, you must fill the mandatory fields in the registration form. Payment could be made by bank transfer or credit card through the registration platform. If bank transfer is chosen, you must clearly state the name and the reference received by email.

Abstract submission:

After registering, you will receive an e-mail with the Code to access the abstract submission tool in your Personal Area.

Registration fee

Extended early registration. 15^th September

The registration fee for all request received before ~~5th~~ 15th September are:

Geivex members: 100€
General registration fee: 200€
On site registation: 400€

Registrations formalized from 5th September onward will receive a surcharge of 50€. The registration includes the attendance to all the presentations and communications announced in the program as well as the lunches and coffee breaks. The Symposium dinner is not included (35 €).

Please remember that for the Hands-On there is a limit of 50 places for the workshop that will allocated in a first come-first served basis.

Cancellation and Refund

For any cancellation recieved until the 30th September 2022, refund will be subject to a fee of 50Eur; after that date, no refund will be made.
